About Mini Movie Cafe

Mini Movie Cafe helps you discover individually reviewed standalone short films and sketches across languages, moods and the time you have. Browse and watch as a guest; an account is optional.

What we curate

We prefer original filmmaker uploads and authorized sources. Malayalam and Tamil films may run 1–60 minutes; other languages 1–40 minutes. Songs, trailers, episodes, clips, advertisements and compilations do not belong in the catalog.

Age-restricted/18+, erotic and explicit sexual content are excluded. Serious mature themes can be included with accurate advisories. Romance, LGBTQ identities and social issues are not automatic exclusions. Advisories and Family-friendly labels are editorial guidance, not official age ratings.

Films stay with their creators

Playback uses the film’s original provider. Supported sources are YouTube, Vimeo, Internet Archive and PeerTube on Blender’s reviewed server. Source and credit links are available on film pages; their availability and regional restrictions can change.

Some reviewed films can be watched only at their original source. Their film pages make that clear and link directly to the original provider. External playback does not update your cafe progress automatically.
