In a remote valley, a solitary shepherd lives with his flock and his devoted dog. He has a magical gift: he shears the sheep and turns their wool into clouds whose rain keeps the valley green and fertile. When the shepherd dies, the land begins to dry out and the sheep grow heavy with unshorn wool, and the grieving dog must find a way to carry on his master's work before their home is lost.

Why we picked it

A wordless animation: a shepherd turns wool into rain clouds that keep his valley green. When he dies, his loyal dog must carry on the work. Nine minutes that will move dog lovers.

Death of a caregiver, grief, drought and mild animal/fantasy peril. Source-based review; not independently rated for children.
